The most useful types of tea: white and green
Possible positive consequences for our health from the consumption of tea are confirmed by many studies. Useful considered the least processed teas: white, green, various herbal teas.

It is necessary to consult a physician before use of high concentrations of tea for disease prevention. Uncontrolled drinking large amounts of tea may lead to health problems. Today there are no reliable data on the harmful effects of tea consumption.
